It is essentially nothing because it's just random data on the Sisi server, not an actual dev confirmation of anything. But if you want to split hairs, I'll update how I worded it.

It's not random data. It is an early view into proposed changes. Not final, but not random either.

As for your other comment... You don't have to change anything -- I just disagreed with your word choice in a few places and wanted to discuss them. You are certainly entitled to your opinion and how to best express it.
